Pambadum Shola National Park, Idukki

An extent of 131.80 ha. in Idukki District, Devikulam Taluk, Marayoor Village has been declared as Pambadum Shola National Park. The areas under each of the Shola National Park are known to have high ecological, faunal, floral, geomorphological, zoological and botanic significances.

These areas were declared as National Parks to ensure long term protection of the majestic vegetation stretch, which contains many botanical rarities and novelties to Science. Access is via Munnar.
