The journey to Kannamaly is a feast to the eyes, especially from Thoppumpadi to Kannamaly, which is only 300 fts away from the Arabian Sea. The wide and beautiful Puthenthode beach will attract tourists.

Fort Cochin, the old colonial town is only 14 KM from Kannamaly through the sea shore road.
